How to place a Service Call:

  1. Live Phone Dispatcher - Call our main phone line at 314-894-1154 with your name, company name, machine model & id #, your callback # and a brief description of the problem. We will immediately enter the service call into our automated dispatch system for live notification to your local technician.
  2. Automated Website -  Click the “Service/Support” link at the top of our website. You will be prompted to enter your service call report for automatic e-delivery to our dispatch center.

How to submit a Meter Reading:

  1. Automated Software Monitoring - Ask your Sales Representative about our Managed Print Services so you never have to submit a meter again.
  2. Automated Website - Click the “Meter Reads” link at the top of our website. You will be prompted to enter your meter(s) for automatic e-delivery to our contracts department.
  3. To Obtain Meter Readings from Your Machine:
    - Press User Tools/ Counter button (upper left of the machine; a square button)
    - Select Counter (lower left of the touch screen)
    - You can either write down the totals or select Print Counter List in the lower right of the touch screen.

How to Order Supplies:

It is your responsibility to keep supplies on hand, such as toner & waste toner bottles. It is always good to have one in the machine and one on-hand. If you have any questions about what supplies you need for you machine, please feel free to call your salesman or a customer service representative.

  1. Live Phone Order- Call our main phone line at (314) 894-1154 with your name, company name, machine model or ID #. We will immediately enter the order into our system for next day delivery. (Order must be received prior to overnight shipper arrival)
  2. Automated Website - Click the “Order Supplies” link at the top of our website. You will be prompted to enter your order request for automatic processing and shipment.
